Job Description:
This position is responsible for the development and creation of customer proposals involving computer hardware and software. Working with the engineering team at Structured Technologies, this person will research pricing and configurations with our distributors’ technical desks, and assemble completed proposals for customers.
Design Desk is the process by which we research a solution, its impact on the client’s business, the required materials and the time in which it will take to complete the implementation.
In addition, this position is responsible for various administrative and record-keeping functions related to asset and warranty maintenance.
Qualifications/experience:
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in the Information Technology business. Excellent oral and written skills are a must. Customer service skills are paramount, teamwork, and self-direction.
