Structured Technologies, Inc. is seeking qualified consultants to support our rapidly growing Messaging Services business segment. This group is responsible for designing and implementing Enterprise Exchange solutions including migration, and email archiving for business customers in all segments. STI has an exciting opportunity in the delivery of messaging services as a Messaging Solutions Consultant. The candidate will play a key role in the management and evolution of the overall service. Candidate will participate in all areas of the Messaging lifecycle to ensure production systems are engineered for high availability, performance and operational stability, and will analyze and recommend operational efficiencies.

Requirements for this position include 5 years experience in networking and systems administration including at least 3 years administering Windows servers, managing an enterprise Exchange migration, experience administering SAN/NAS infrastructure and the proven ability to manage production system through automated scripting.

Technical skills required for success include:

• System administration (configuring, securing and administration) of Windows Server operating systems
• Exchange migration experience 5.5 or 2000 to 2003
• Scripting knowledge
• Active Directory architecture design
• DNS proficiency and mail services experience

Candidate should have a strong background in service operations, good communication skills including outstanding writing capabilities, and be customer-focused.
