Client Service Coordinator
Structured Technologies, a growing technology consulting firm offering a wide variety of services to a diverse clientele, currently has an opening for a customer-focused, detail-oriented Client Service Coordinator (CSC) for Network Services.
The individual we seek will serve as the main resource for the Client Service Manager. In addition to being well organized, efficient, and able to work with limited supervision, the candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
CSC is responsible for customer satisfaction. Each CSC is assigned existing and new accounts to manage all service needs, including quotes, service tickets, answering phones, customer support, etc. The responsibilities include, entering service tickets, assigning tickets, making sure SLAs are met, and working with the sales and engineering department.
Preferred Requirements for this full-time position include:
· Inside sales role
· IT industry Experience
· Hands-on experience with trouble ticket and quoting software
· Experience with IT distributors (Ingram, TechData, etc.)
· Must be a team player and have the ability to deal with clients via verbal and written communication
